Beaver Dam Arts Association High School Art Exhibit
Students had their artwork entered into the “Beaver Dam Arts Association Nineteenth Annual Area High School Art Exhibit”. The Exhibit will be on display at the Seippel Homestead and Center for the Arts in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The show runs from March 2nd - April 13th. The gallery hours are Wednesday through Sunday 1:00-4:00. Students who will have their artwork on display are as follows: Kayla Wuerch, Dakota O’Dell, Olivia Parrott, Kassandra Guardiola, Kyle Sailer, Cody Sailer, Madison Quade, Kenya Gonzalez, Ashleigh Terpstra, Savanna Levey, Eric Saenz, and Emily Barrett Come and view the exhibition and support the arts in our schools.
VSA Call for Art
Three students will have their art work displayed in the Visual Expressions: A Call for Art Exhibition. The exhibition is open to individuals ages 5 to 21. This exhibition will be held at the VSA Wisconsin Gallery, 1709 Aberg Avenue, Suite 1 in Madison. The Exhibition will run from April 21 – May 3, 2014. Gallery Hours are Monday –Thursday 10 am-2 pm. The Public Reception will be on Saturday, May 3rd from 2-4pm. You may also see the exhibit on Madison Gallery Night which is Friday May 2nd from 5-9pm. Artist’s submissions are reviewed by a jury of arts professionals who look for creativity, originality and craftsmanship. Jurors select ten artworks that will be added to Creative Power: VSA Wisconsin’s Traveling Exhibition.
Students will no longer be able to super-size their lunch, breakfast, or have extra milk unless they have money in their lunch account to cover the item. If you want your child to be able to add to their meals, please make sure you have money in your account.
