Technology Open House
Technology Open House is being held on Thursday, May 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Middle School/High School Library for parents and high school students interested in learning more about Chromebooks.
Sports Physicals Being Offered
On Wednesday, May 22nd, starting at 3:30 p.m., Dr. Ayaz Samadani will be providing sports physicals free of charge for any athlete who needs them for the 2013-2014 school year. Reminder, all athletes need a physical examination every 2 years to participate in athletics.
This year, we are going to try to schedule "grades" so that the students are not all just waiting around for their physicals
If you are interested, please call the school office at 920-348-5135, ext. 110 or Stacy Schmitt, School Nurse at 920-348-5135. ext. 182 to get your name on the list. Athletes will also have to pick up the paper work in the school office PRIOR to May 22, 2013 so that it is filled out properly and signed by a parent.
Physicals will take place in the Nurses’ office. This year, the school nurse will be taking blood pressure, height and weight on all participants.

Power School Information System
The Bread Basket Community Food Pantry is available to residents of Cambria and the close vicinity who may need food on an emergency basis, by appointment only. The pantry is located in the basement of the Presbyterian Church. The entrance is on Towyn Street.

Free Medical Clinic - Portage, WI
When: 9 a.m. to noon every Wednesday.
Where: the lower level of Wilz Drug and Home Health Care, 140 E. Cook St.
Who can get free clinic services: Anybody. No appointment or insurance necessary, and Columbia County residency is not required.

The Cambria-Friesland School District is located 40 miles north of Madison, 25 miles east of Portage and 19 miles west of Beaver Dam. The school district community includes the villages of Cambria and Friesland and six townships. The Cambria-Friesland School District enrolls about 420 students in one building.
